Artist Statement - I have always loved capturing moments in life, from objects and nature to people and their interactions. I'm a big fan of the abstract. Sometimes while in the process of capturing a certain moment, I know exactly what outcome to expect. However, more often than not, that end result is utterly unexpected. This is the main reason I love digital photography so much. The possibilities are endless.
If I'm to be honest, I get lucky more often than I’d like to admit. My photographs can be found among finalists in Fusion Art’s Online Exhibitions and Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery under Special Merits and Special Recognition Artists or various online and print publications such as Abstract Magazine: Contemporary Expressions, Wild Roof Journal, JMWW, Ink in Threads, Rejection Letters, The Piker Press, Anti-Heroin Chic, Mad Swirl, Bureau of Complaint, Coalition for Digital Narratives, Arkana at the University of Central Arkansas, Welter at the University of Baltimore, Invisible City at the University of San Francisco, ZiN Daily and elsewhere. I'm especially proud of having my photographs published on the covers of Door Is A Jar Literary Magazine (Winter 2022 Issue 25), Rat's Ass Review (Spring-Summer and Fall-Winter 2023 Issues) and Molecule: A Tiny Lit Mag (Fall 2023 Issue 9).
